Power of 10: FROM ATOMS PASSING THROUGH THE UNIVERSE

Accustomed as we are the spectacular cinematic scenes crammed with special effects computer graphics made it hard to believe that "Powers of 10 ", this splendid documentary has been made even as far back as 1977 . The first part reminds us of Google Earth. It 's amazing to think that the two Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, when just beginning to toddle Ray Eames and her husband, Charles Eames , made this video.

this documentary has lost none of its popular strength. The short video takes us on an imaginary journey from the infinitely large to the infinitely small climbing a power of 10 every 2 seconds. Within the confines of the universe of atoms.

Written and directed by Mr and Mrs and Ray Eames Charles Eames , the film is an adaptation of the 1957 book Cosmic View written by Kees Boeke.
