The two main prizes, Best Inventor and Best Innovative, Italian women will be assigned to or residing in the Italian territory in possession of a patent or a product / process / service innovation, and consist of a total prize money of 5000 € , advisory services and the automatic nomination to the European award announced by EUWIIN in 2013 (European Women Inventors & Innovators Network).

The main requirements for a candidate in the Best Inventor are
- the invention proposed to be covered by patents issued in Italy or in any other state, as well as European Patent Office;
